Take Your Time Back

I come to you. Reclaim the hours usually lost to Victoria traffic and parking.

Are you feeling stuck?

It is easier said than done to make a change when your environment or your body feels like a hurdle. We believe mental health care should be accessible, dignified, and tailored to your specific needs—not a one-size-fits-all box.

By blending Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), with the restorative power of nature, we help you unmask, rebalance, and get back into the driver’s seat of your own life.

Meet Michelle

A path built on 20 years of experience.

I started Candid Conversations because I saw the gap where traditional therapy stops—at the front door. With two decades of experience supporting neurodivergent and physiodivergent individuals, I work as your guide to help you find alternative pathways to a healthier, self-directed life.

I am a Registered Professional Counsellor-Provisional in good standing with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA #5091).
